Are You Too Concerned to Please Everyone in Your Life?

Too often people that are too concerned are pleasing to everybody. They're good with coworkers, but they're not good up here. You don't have the understanding of what these guys are at. That's kind of like stealing money from the company because you're not afraid of getting your budget together or your coworkers.
