Love Everything That Happens to You
In stoicism they have this idea called amor fati which means to love your fate. If you accept everything that happens to you then you also start to see the advantages of it. I've often thought that if I didn't have PMDDA I wonder if I ever would have slowed down because I was always just so goal oriented and so like high achievement focused, she says.
