The Supreme Court's Response to Bivens

A recent case in the Fourth Circuit, I think, is particularly worth discussing. It's really disappointing that the Supreme Court isn't responding to that. The facts of these cases are my boss told me not to send an email and I sent it anyway. Right. Exactly. And what the court turns around and does -- we pointed this out in Hernandez v Mesa, right? They brush their hands of it using qualified immunity. This has to stop.
