NSO group seems to have been the most successful in selling the spyware around the world. The threat is really growing and we hope that this lawsuit can be at least one small step toward addressing that threat. It's worth noting that it's really a big question as to whether or not the kind of spyware like Pegasus, which is truly kind of all encompassing and its capabilities, can be brought into line with human rights norms and privacy expectations. But to the extent that's possible, there's certainly no regulatory framework that's currently in place that does an effective job of mitigating the risks"
