Once the war ended, mackenzie king ordered the floating prototype on patricia lake destroyed. It took three summers for the ice ship prototype to completely melt. Operation havacok would an classified for 35 years. Decades later, divers in patricia lake were shocked to find four wooden walls with pieces of asphalt, wires and piping sitting at the bottom of the lake.
