Search Engines - Is Google Really a Good Search Engine?

i came up with google in the age of, like, google hacks and advanced operators. To this day, i still use, you know, the primary part of my query is at the beginning. And then i'm real good, and everything has an implied end, and then i use ores at the end. Why do bad things?
