Open Source Drivers for NVIDIA GPUs
Nuvo drivers don't really run that well. They provide an interface for the GPU to be used by the kernel. We have these open source drivers for OpenGL, which just landed in Mesa. And we have the NVK project, which is basically the Vulkan drivers,. So, these three projects will basically make a complete stack that will run everything on NVIDIA GPUs with open source code.
