We need strong state level climate policy. It's the only way we'll meet our mission's reductions goals. We can't just be thinking about how to implement climate policy in countries or states, right? We need good policy at all levels of government and governments in cities, institutions and corporations. Exactly as rob clee said, to make the necessary changes climate change calls for, we need entities of all kinds to link arms and work together to solve these problems.
