Qualcomm and Huawei Dispute Over Royalties

There is another company with which Qualcomm is also in disputes over the right royalties that it should be paying, which most people believe is Huawei. It's never been officially confirmed that it's Huawei because these discussions are still in negotiation. Nobody has sued each other in that particular fight. So if I've got this right, you've potentially got two of the biggest smartphone makers in the world arguing about how much Qualcomm should actually be paid for the value of its intellectual property.
