I think that's a good place of reflection for folks that are listening, because there's so many things that were driving towards just goals in general. And if we could take a step back and say, you know, with a litle bit of introspection, what do i actually care about? What do i actually want? And what is stopping me from doing the things that i naturally am drawn towards? Maybe it's the a implicit tations of the folks around you. Maybe it's not setting boundaries with the people who love you and are well intentioned, but its action may be too constrictive. Like food is actually like eating the ripe foods that make you feel good.
