Why People Are Quitting Their Jobs During the Great Resignation
In the last few months, many people have resigned from their jobs. The great resignation is often seen as a form of empowerment for those who want to change careers or work in an office any more. But there are two different categories of people affected by the great resignation. One group resigning because they were forced to make a choice between a terrible situation and survival. These people quit their jobs due to terrible working conditions, the need to look after children or family members during the pandemic,. or because their employers didn't respect them at all.
