Causes of Orgi Bleed
With lor g i bleeds, i actually think it's more helpful to just use the traditional buckets of pathology. So again, think about these buckets, anatomic, vascular, inflammatory, neoplastic, an itrogenic. And then just remember which ones are most commont. A. diparticular and a v ms are ten to be the most common sources of lorgia bleeding. B. Don't rule out the ordinary hemroidal bleeding also present in a way that a appears to be a different sourte so think about a frequency when you're evowing these different causes.
