The number wen we can show employees that they are valued and this is an equitable organization, is to show them how much they're paid. That is the only factor. And of course, some companies are actually starting to do this pro actively, to do it, even though they're not required to do it right. Sort of micese, sort ofheas luck like micro softis getting, is getting ahead of the curve. But when you're hiring employees and colorado has legislation and new york has legislation, and canadian provinces, the e u, is talking about pay transparency,. It's just preparing for the inevitable. That's how i see it.
