The Supreme Court's Review of the North Carolina Map

North Carolina courts struck down the North Carolina map as unconstitutional. The Republican state Supreme Court then reheard those same cases and said that there is no cause for partisan gerrymandering. And so the US Supreme Court is now reviewing a court ruling that has been essentially undone. All of the pro voting organizations, the state of North Carolina, everyone other than the Republican legislature says that there's no case to decide.
