River City Labs: A Space for Community

Brisbane was a town that had far better traffic than Sydney. Everyone had a second, third, fourth bedroom that they repurposed an office. We weren't living in these little terrace houses in Sydney. So we pivoted pretty hard about what we do then. And one thing I learned from that is you can't engineer your individuality. People in a room and get them ginned up with a bit of pizza.
