The Inspiration Behind Our Sugar Cane Distillery

We have a piece of land which is really in a place called Mataga, which is really the inspiration behind all we're doing right now. The plan has always been to showcase African produce in our distilling process. We want to take more control of our molasses supply. So we're starting to grow some sugar cane this year and it's going to be our first crop. It takes about nine months to get to some level of maturity then that sugar cane crop will become the seed for the much bigger plantation.
