The Debt Ceiling Standoffs

The government ran up against the debt ceiling back in January and then it went through some special measures to buy time. Goldman Sachs says there's a 70% chance of a full fledged deal before early June. The treasury might run out of money around June 8th or 9th, so what happens then? One possibility is that the treasury decides it'll delay other payments while continuing to service its debt.
