A huge amount has changed since you wrote your book in mid 2019. Global class struggle is intensifying as we speak I was just looking at the headlines around the world before this interview started and as you know as we speak there's a general strike in South Africa, peasants in India are on the move again after the mass strikes. We have all of these uprisings but we don't have a viable alternative project that doesn't make the mistake of the 20th century whatsoever you know the 20th Century left with viable projects for the 21st century.
