I Think the Rest Pause Is the Easiest Workaround for the Rest of the Workout

The easiest workaround for me is you change the exercise after five or six times right now that way it's always I think Dante's at the time his prescription he had a lot of good thoughts right and he would say if you have gone two sessions where you haven't beat the log book swap it out for a similar exercise. The whole through this program there were a lot of really good like basically modalities programmed into that whole thing so I think that the way that the rest pause was done getting back to our density technique stuff I think that IBasically revamped that and said okay I think if you're going to do 12 repsrest for 20 seconds and then do more reps rest for 20 seconds across
