The Importance of Rotation in Team Leader Roles
Having that rotate around means that you have more people who have experienced the the weight of Leadership so that when they serve as non leader in non leader roles, they do a better job. So we want everyone to serve in that capacity so they can know what it means to be a good team member which you really learn when you're a team leader. We tended to Teams tended to just pile on the crap work onto that rotation because they knew it was temporary. It's like you have to be the backlog grooming person or you have to you know You're the one that has to write the PowerPoint slides or whatever, you knowSo that was another disadvantage, but all in all I think it was
