Tracy Clark is the Sue Grafton Memorial Award winning author of the highly acclaimed Chicago mystery series featuring hard driving black ex homicide cop turned PI Cassandra reigns in runner cast. Her books have been shortlisted for the American Library Association's rusa readings list named a crimes read best new PI book of 2018 and all kinds of other awards Tracy actually I was just loving this and and runner is the fourth book in her series a native Chicagoan she works as an editor in the newspaper industry.
