How to Be a Successful Speaker

Grant: I think sometimes in the corporate context, people can get to be boring basically. One thing I remind speakers of all the time is that as a speaker, you are a human talking to a collection of other humans. Therefore act like a human. And so we had figured out some good processes to help me grow my own speaking business. We also started doing a little bit of coaching, teaching, and even created our first course on how to run an online company.
