How Does the Heart Affect Perception?
The way that we feel from an emotional level, the heart projects specific parts of the nervous system up to parts of the brain. And because of where the projections from the body go up to the brain, it influences really how you're perceiving the environment. There's like simple techniques that you can use to shift your emotional state, which is felt really in the body. And then that in turn will send different signals up to thebrain and you'll perceive the world around you differently.
