How to Test a Facilitator
How can you actually test whether someone is a good facilitator? How can you possibly put your stem and test someone with a, they're there, also give them the fact that we're never there? Such a good question. It's very hard to pin down. We don't run it as a diploma anymore. But we do still have assessments. And yes, it's hard to assess some of the stuff that we teach. So what we do ask people to do things like a creative piece around their self-awareness. I think one of the things that we're always conscious of is helping remind people of what a responsibility it is to be a facilitator of a group.
