Is There a Difference Between Black and White?

When you think about a leadership, an at executive levels, when it comes to race and gender, there're significant discrepancies. So once we get to a point where those discrepancies aren't as stark, then i think it would be easier for us to transition. In other ways, in the us. We're becoming more divided. And so that's the more, that's the dark side of it. But i always tip to the hopeful, the hopeful trajectory.
