The Importance of Patient-Centered Care

Darlo: If we recognize that care should be person-centered, then research should also be. So getting rich contextual data from people who are experiencing similar things to our patients gives us an insight that quantitative research alone just doesn't provide. And so I'm not arguing for the destruction of quantitative research, but I'm arguing for a balance between both when we're interacting with the social world.
