Arjuna Ishaya is a monk, author, and meditation teacher. He started his career as an outdoor instructor in New Zealand in 2001 until he discovered meditation, and for the past 20 years, he has traveled the world teaching meditation as a tool to gain peace of mind and live a better life.
In 2018, he published his first book, "200% â An Instruction Manual for Living Fully"
Now based in North Yorkshire, UK, he currently works as a mentor, taking his vast experience and understanding of the mind to work directly with individuals looking to start or deepen their practice of meditation, awareness, and mindfulness so they can live a richer life free of doubt, fear, overwhelm, and limitation.
