For the last 80 years, ordinary person not wealthy could not invest in start ups. So if your neighbor started over and you wanted to invest, you couldn't. But a new law comes out that says, finally, the jobs act. Finally equity crout funding, the idea that a company can go raise money directly from the public. And i wondered what would happen if i had crowd funded all of these great investments? That if i had them succeed, it would not be such a bad idea after all. Much bigger impact on the market than i ever imagined. I don't know exactly how neything else will work but we'll have to see.
