What Are Your Thoughts About Strength Training a Pro Basketball Player?

I have no experience working as a pro basketball strength coach. It's interesting to me how different that is versus someone who, let's say, works with high school basketball players. Maybe the games aren't quite as draining. I do think you need to treat it like a symphony. Things need to fit. And although they don't have the schedule constraints that we have, i think the principles could be very similar.
