The Importance of a Low Inflammatory Diet

It is absolutely imperative that we're eating a low inflammatory diet. We need to remove many of the processed foods, rancid, nasty inflammatory omega six fats. And then one that is high in anti inflammatory properties, high in omega threes and things like polyphenols. I really love the practice of meditation and mindful awareness and especially the practice of gratitude.
