Mat nagi's a perfect example of a guy who wasn't ready to be a head coach. He didn't have anybody helphim become a head coach on the job. Mat naggie needed a mentor, somebody he trusted and could tell him what he needed to do. The point here is you've got to have a plan when you come in. And mat really didn't have a planhe kept, they kept fangio. Ever since fangio's left, this thing has fallen apart. Because fangio had leadership. Fangio had toughness. Now you can say fango's not a great head coach. We're laughing right now. How fraudulent he is
