The Human Back, Not the Machine
The subtitle of your book is put in the human back, not the machine. And in your book, you mean machine in two senses, actually. One is the use of algos and AI and data to inform or shape decisions. The second sense is a sort of institutional machine, the organizational machine. Places like this are institutions, my former place for institution. So that's absolutely the heart of the book, those two forms of machines.
