How to Negotiate With People Who Say No to You

As a Chinese American, how culturally does that have any impact on me? So this is a very deep question. And I wish I've done this when I was eight instead of when I was 30. The whole thing is to look for rejection by the most ridiculous request. But when I get there, I try my best to negotiate. There's a couple of things I learned.
