Carol Costello: I like some of the attempts that the authors made to communicate their message, but it feels a little bit clumsy the way that it's put together. Some really, really great sections in here, some sections I didn't really care for. Overall, I'm glad that I read it. And I think the idea of a Vicky Guy is to borrow Carol's term is powerful. So I will join you at the 4.0 on this one.
