I would never show what I'm cooking to the world and be like, look, I'm making a curry. Um, I often will use different masalas that are already pre mixed in ground. It's not uncommon for Indians to use pre-done mixes as well. And even though we're using mixes,. sometimes we'll make our own mixes and we'll bottle them, which we'll keep for it at six to eight months. We end up using that blend to, um, also stir fries or to, you know, prick anything else up.
