The Toolbox of a Business Designer

i think what's really interesting about all o these things that we find really innovative and interesting is how they actually fundamentally shift our lives, eh. So let's talk a little bit about what is the mine set and and the tool box of a business designer. How do you approach designing an innovated business or thinking about the business that might be different from how people just think it's like a traditional strategist or an analyst? What is different about business design? I mean, i think the big thing is often we think and and we learn. We're constantly putting lens of what makes a great consumer or client experience to every element of the business model.
