Do You Have Marketing on a Variable Complan?

Marketing is not great in demand. They're doing ing fuck and bulshit like most companies do. And in the sales team misses quota by 30 % and people get fired. But it's really marketing. The idea that youwould have such imbalanced compensation plans across these functions makes absolutely no sense, except for the reason that this is the waythat we've always done it. I would definitely like we've done this, because i believe that it creates a lot of the right behaviour s. I believe it allines with what our customers want. It forces the business to create and capture demand in a way that justifies continuing to hire salespeope so they can hit their quotas.
