The Role of Congress in the Supreme Court's Ethics Issues
I think we should be careful to guard against that as well. Congress plays a pretty significant role in how the court handles itself. The place that it gets like a little bit dangerous is if you start to create mechanisms for Congress to kind of impact directly who is ruling on what cases. I mean, there's this relationship between lower court judges and Supreme Court justices all the time. And so they can ask the Supreme Court to create this code of conduct.
