Soft power is the power that comes from being highly respected in an almost like, you know, strange, formalized way. That's sort of the way oligarchies work and what George Soros calls civil society works. And if those people still command the minds of the best and brightest young people, they will rule forever. When they lose that grip, when they lose their own grip on the elites, what you get is again a dichonic dynamic.
