At maximum we've been six and a half basically um and burning on freelance projects that happen. We haven't expanded beyond six I could it will begin to get to the logistical nightmare levels at that point and we'll probably create a bit more structure but right now for what we do and for what we make I don't think there's a plan really to expand dramatically beyond that if you'd"There are obviously skill sets that certain people have above others," he says.
