How to Avoid Building a Castle of Resentment
I think that open honest communication is one of the most important frameworks for a successful relationship. I don't believe personally staying in an unhealthy relationship actually benefits anybody even though oftentimes children are used as the excuse for that well we have to stay together for our kids it's like this isn't the fucking 1940s and quite frankly I'm not sure why they said that they needed to do that in the 1940s. There shouldn't be a single topic that you aren't willing to talk about but by not confronting those things all you're doing is building the castle of resentment.
