The Gateway to the Walk, Is It Still Slow as Hell?
Kivo's key fob can be used to lock and unlock doors. It works by scanning for a blue tooth on your phone, which is connected to an internet gateway. But the connection has not been maintained in two years - it takes up to 50 seconds to connect. Kivo says they've made some changes behind the scenes that have slowed down development of the system.
