I think much of what I do is educational. There's a skills focus to the work we do. If you're going to be effective, they need some help learning how to interact differently and then learning how to take that home with them. So it starts in the room and they need, they need skills they can take home. And there's just a little bit more of a leadership position you have to take so people can feel confident and comfortable.
