I've spent a long time in the coaching space and tried to really contribute to a larger conversation about the possibility of coaching. And as a whole, I still see a lot of coaches who are trapped in old ways of thinking about coaching. So I wrote the paper just to begin to lay out some landscape around how we might think of this differently. We're building some new things next year to actually more overtly support that mastery process.
