The Dark Web: A Place for Terrorist Activity

Law enforcement constantly warns bankers about the dark web, right? Yeah. So they say it's a haven for terrorist activity, human trafficking, wildlife trafficking and all sorts of illegal acts. But at least the quick blurb that I looked at said that in some cases there are clear, legitimate uses for the dark web. This is another perfect example of trying to get experts like yourself to say, wait a second. It's not always black and white.
