Is Josh Hart a Good Defensive Player?

Josh Hart took a real offensive leap in those games that he played with the Blazers. I thought it was one of like the very underrated, like things that was happening across the NBA. He's going to hustle and play hard, but I don't think he's a tremendous needle mover. And in any case, Nirkich misses time every single year.
