Experience the boundaries of your body. And then start to expand outward. Until the sounds, including the sound of my voice, are within our body. The feelings and the images, the sensations come and let them go. Pleasure, pain. But this whole theme of all of these beings gathered together is as if in miniature. Something we hold in the palm of our heart. We are understanding the wisdom that we cannot comprehend with our brain. We are feeling the love that transcends emotion. This energy knows no limits.
