Build for Rent Is a New Asset Class
We talked earlier before the podcast started a little bit about build for rent and how that's changing home building. We define it as we build communities of homes for rent. It didn't exist three years ago. And in real estate, when you birth a new asset class, it's usually where the most amount of money is made. The data center reads and the cell tower reads were the most successful reads because they had a lot of high growth.
