I Have to Disagree

I disagree is very black and white. It's pretty gutsy if you say that to your boss. So when you say I have to disagree, it makes it sound like maybe you don't want to disagree, but you have to. And then the next one is actually, I can't completely agree. That would be a little bit less confrontational if you start your contribution that way.
