The Differences Between Research and Industry
There's no limit of really exciting projects that you can do at every compute scale. I hope as a field we get less obsessed with the state of the art like I was saying earlier so researchers especially young researchers can be proud of making things more efficient even if they're not better. There are trade-offs but I hope that we value lots and lots of different kinds of contributions across the board.
